Mark Conway has experience running the Isle of Man side of a number of high value corporate finance transactions (acting for both lenders and borrowers) and has assisted on several acquisitions. Mark also deals with the transfer of domicile of companies to and from the Isle of Man.
Mark is noted in the Legal 500 (2008) as forming part of a team “which is highly responsive, calm under pressure and able to work towards tight deadlines”.
Mark qualified as an Isle of Man Advocate in December 2005 and joined the firm's Corporate and Commercial Department of in April 2006. Since then, he has gained experience in a broad range of company and commercial matters.
Mark co-wrote the Isle of Man chapter of “Anti-Money Laundering: International Law and Practice” (John Wiley & Sons Ltd, April 2007) with Nick Verardi, Local Group Head - Corporate & Commercial.
